Arthur of Spice Road Spices is committed to help those with Meniere’s disease on their salt free meal journey.
As we have enough stress dealing with Meniere’s disease and don’t need the added stress of “What can we eat that is salt free and tastes good?” If you are cooking for family or others, do you want to cook two separate meals adding to your stress?
A good way to help reduce the stress in cooking is to share ideas and recipes. The more you learn about herbs, spices and spice blends you will find that food actually tastes great without salt. In fact, once you stop using salt in your cooking, you won’t want to use it again.
Experimenting when cooking is trial and error but you eventually you will find out what you like and what you don’t like. It’s really a fun process.
On a regular basis I will provide you with a link to the Spice Road Spices’ blog. This blog is educational with free recipe suggestions and good ideas. If you are familiar with herbs and spices you may want to contribute comments and recipe ideas yourself!
Arthur is truly committed to help you ease the stress that comes with “cooking with no salt”.
